Whole-Home Water Re-Piping

in Santa Rosa & Sonoma County

If your home was built before the 1970s, it likely has galvanized steel pipes that are corroding from the inside out. This leads to low water pressure, rusty water, and eventual leaks. DeJusto Plumbing specializes in whole-home water re-piping, replacing old, failing pipes with modern, durable Copper or PEX piping. We restore your home’s water flow and quality with a systematic process designed to minimize disruption to your daily life.

With over 35 years of experience, Dejusto Plumbing is your trusted local expert. We serve homeowners throughout Sonoma County, including Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Windsor, and Healdsburg.

Why Choose Dejusto Plumbing?

Our Process

1

In-Home Consultation

We inspect your current plumbing, discuss material options (Copper vs. PEX), and provide a detailed estimate and timeline.

2

Preparation & Protection

We cover your floors and furniture. We locate where we need to open walls to access pipes, keeping cuts as small and neat as possible.

3

Installation

We run new hot and cold water lines throughout your home, connecting to all fixtures. We often can leave the old pipes in the wall to minimize demolition.

4

Testing & Wall Patching

We pressure test the new system. Once passed, we can coordinate drywall patching and texturing to leave your home looking like we were never there.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I need to re-pipe?
Signs include low water pressure (especially when multiple fixtures are on), rust-colored water, frequent leaks, or visible corrosion on exposed pipes. If your home has galvanized steel pipes, they are likely at the end of their lifespan.
Both are excellent. Copper is durable, bacteriostatic, and resists UV light, but is more expensive. PEX is flexible (requiring fewer joints), resistant to freezing, and more affordable. We can help you decide which is best for your home and budget.
A typical single-family home takes 3-5 days. However, we ensure you have running water at the end of each work day so you can stay in your home during the process.
We offer turnkey solutions. While some plumbers leave the holes for you to fix, we can include professional drywall patching and texturing in our quote so your home is returned to normal.
