Why Choose Dejusto Plumbing?

Our Process

1

Video Diagnosis

Every sewer repair begins with a camera inspection. We must see the extent of the damage to determine if a simple repair or full replacement is needed.

2

Repair Strategy

We explain your options: spot repair (digging up just the broken section), trenchless pipe bursting (pulling a new pipe through the old one), or traditional excavation.

3

Execution

Our crew arrives with the necessary heavy equipment. We work efficiently to complete the repair, ensuring proper slope and bedding for the new pipe.

4

Inspection & Backfill

After the new pipe is installed, we test it and often have it inspected by the city. We then backfill the trench and clean up the work area thoroughly.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my sewer line is broken?
Common signs include sewage odors in your yard or home, soggy patches of grass when it hasn’t rained, slow drains throughout the house, and gurgling noises from toilets. If you see these, call us immediately.
Trenchless replacement (often called pipe bursting) involves pulling a new, seamless HDPE pipe through your existing damaged pipe. It breaks the old pipe outward while simultaneously laying the new one. It requires only two small access holes, saving your driveway and landscaping.
Most residential sewer replacements can be completed in 1-2 days. Trenchless methods are often faster than traditional excavation. We work hard to restore your service as quickly as possible.
Standard homeowner’s insurance typically does not cover the ‘wear and tear’ of the sewer line itself, but may cover water damage inside the home. However, some policies have specific ‘service line coverage’ add-ons. We recommend checking with your agent.
