Our preferred brand is Bradford White water heaters. We like this product because they have excellent customer service and their parts are always readily available. In fact, our water heater replacements come with a warranty when using Bradford White parts.
However, we are happy to install customer-supplied units as well, although we cannot personally warranty any customer-supplied products (the manufacturer warranty will still be in effect). We also provide free disposal of the old water heater.

Mike is a God among plumbers!Our toilet cracked at the base and with two small kids, being down one toilet was a crisis. Mike made time in his busy schedule to come out to install a new toilet. In classic fashion, the new toilet we purchased from a big box store before hand had a cracked base in the box as well, so Mike went with the flow and rescheduled mid job while I got another toilet.
